Cameras disappeared from Google Nest Account

I have two Google Cameras at home I am away from for a couple of months. I can see both cameras on my iPhone Home App but can longer see on my Google Nest account online at: home.nest.com account. A month or so ago I was able to see both cameras on this account and now all I see is the structure name. Does anyone know how any ideas of why this would happen and how to fix remotely? Thank you.

Which cameras do you have? You refer to using the Google Home app to view your cameras, but the home.nest.com website to view them on a computer.

Google Nest's 1st gen cameras and doorbells are installed in the Google Nest app and can be accessed on the home.nest.com website, and can be viewed on the home.google.com website (unless you have never migrated your Nest Account to a Google Account) .

Google Nest's 2nd gen cameras and doorbells are installed in the Google Home app and can be viewed on the home.google.com website.

 Thank you. I can see the cameras on my iPhone on my Google Home app. The cameras was installed last May and on the Home.app is says they are Nest Cam. They are outdoor and wired. You are correct I had some older cameras which on the home.nest.com. The new cameras in fact appear on home.google.com as. you reminded me. Thank you for your help. Temporarily confused.

Having to use two different apps for our Google Nest cameras is a perpetual cause of confusion.
