Cameras stopped recording events

Cameras stopped recording events usually they record 8 to 9 seconds and I can go back and review them. I only get still shots. How do I get them back online.

Thanks for reaching out. Is this a new install? Also, do you have a Nest Aware subscription?

When you set up an eligible device in either the Google Home app or Nest app, you can try out a Nest Aware (2nd gen) subscription for 30 days. To continue to use the features that come with your Nest Aware trial, you’ll need to purchase a Nest Aware subscription.
