Hello, I was wondering if anyone can help. My router went out and I had it replaced. I was able to reconnect all of my older Nest cameras, but 2 of the newer ones will not connect. I deleted them in the Google Home app and attempted to reconnect them. The cameras are: Indoor/Outdoor Battery and the wired 2nd generation indoor. I went through all of the steps. It didn't find the network and attempted to connect to assisting device and failed. I tried everything, including resetting the camera to the factory settings. I get the same results on both cameras with multiple attempts. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem right now. I've literally tried everything. Uninstall, reinstall, factory reset, airplane mode, etc. etc. etc. Looking for an answer myself...

I ultimately gave up and went with Kasa. The 2 Nest cameras sit derelict in my closet.

I feel like I'm on my way there, which is unfortunate. I can't seem to get a solution here. I have 4 other devices... 😑

Hi folks,
We appreciate your efforts here. I know how you feel about this. No worries, let’s sort this out. What’s the status light of your Nest Camera (battery)? How far is the camera from the router? What WiFi frequency band do you try to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)? Also, do you have an Android or iPhone?
Going over the steps here might help:
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks,
JT
