Do you have the battery cameras? Are they plugged in with the 1-meter charging cord that comes with the camera, or with the optional 5-meter or 10-meter charging cables? If it's the former, I don't know whether the charging cord is suitable for running in a plugged-in mode.

Were the cameras plugged in during the initial install? According to some posts in this forum, the cameras need to be plugged in during the install in order to set a hidden plugged-in setting.

Are the charging cables plugged in with the cables feeding towards the FRONT of your cameras?  Is the USB plug seated firmly in the bottom of the camera?  Has it gotten wet?

Under each camera's Settings | Battery, does it show as "Plugged in" with an infinity symbol?
