Can an event seen by a nest camera automatically show up on the nest Hub?

Hi, I'm hoping any events that trigger my nest cameras can automatically show up on my nest hubs? Also, not sure why the nest doorbell doesn't have this feature, unless the doorbell is rung?  

And when the video thumbnails from events triggered on the cameras show up on my android phone, they never seem to show what triggered the event.

The only camera or doorbell notifications that Google Nest sends to Nest Hubs are "Visitor announcements" when the doorbell is rung.

Hi @MplsCustomer and @Brad - i'm aware that the Hubs only send video to the nest hubs when the doorbell is rung. I'd like to see if anyone else besides me would like that to change and have the option to display any motion activations  on the Hubs.
