Can not connect after new modem added

I got a new modem ( same router) . None of my cameras will connect. It says I have the wrong password for my wireless network. It's not wrong. My other devices ( phone, iPad, laptop ) connect fine. I really can not get this to work.

It sounds like this issue you are having could be more on the internet/router side of things. But if that is all squared away, then restart your cameras, if that doesn't work then Factory Reset them and connect them to your new router.

Thanks. Resetting the router helped. One will still not connect nor will it reset.

Glad to hear that the reset with your router helped! Now with your camera, which model do you have and will you go over your restart process and go over your Factory Reset process as well. I am trying to figure out why it won't reset.
