Hi, I can't remove the cover of my nest hello doorbell. It has no pinhole, just a latch looking thing. The latch pushes in but nothing happens.

The Google Nest Hello doesn't have a removable cover. Are you talking about removing the Nest Hello from its mounting bracket? If so, and if the mounting bracket was mounted correctly, there should be a small pinhole at the bottom of the mounting bracket (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252289?hl=en#zippy=%2Cnest-doorbell-wired). Inserting the tiny tool Google Nest provides is supposed to release the latch on the back of the doorbell at the bottom. When I've done it, I have had to insert the tool and then pull it back out to get the latch to release the doorbell.
Here's a short video from a guy who resorted to using a small nail, but the video shows where the hole is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xtNHM7tae9I
