If your "All other motion" option under Settings | Notifications is unchecked for all of your activity zones for your Google Nest Hello Doorbell (as shown below) and you are still getting motion notifications, perhaps you could try deleting and reinstalling your Google Nest app.
@Jack46 thanks for reaching out here in the Community and for sharing with us what you've done. To confirm, were you able to perform the steps suggested by MplsCustomer? In case you're getting the same issue, you may try resetting your Nest Doorbell to the factory default. Remember that after the reset, all of your recorded events will get removed as well. Keep us posted.
