Can’t access nest on iPhone 12 pro

Just recently I have not been able to access my Nest camera (older dropcam) on my iPhone 12 pro. I can still access it on my iPad and my MacBook but both of those are older. The homepage comes up on my phone screen but the camera does not open.  Has anybody else experienced this problem? As I mentioned, this just happened recently. I used to be able to access the camera on my phone.
