Can't connect to cloud when trying to install camera

When trying to install camera I get to the stage where I have scanned the QR code and need to create a new network. When I click Create new network  I get "Problem connecting to cloud" " please try again later. I have reloaded the app numerous times, used 5G, etc and this issue just keeps coming back

Hi gough0305,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. A few questions: what’s the color of the LED status light? Also, Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the device you want to pair? Those devices could interfere with the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth signal.
