I can’t delete my doorbell on the Nest app, as the screen is blank when I click on settings!
I can’t reinstall it as it recognises that it is already installed and asks me to remove it, the camera is currently offline and I have tried linking the camera to another account as a work around ( but it doesn’t install)
I have tried resetting the doorbell, but as I haven’t deleted it from the app I can’t re-install
any help for this please?

Your post says you have a 2nd Gen Google Nest Doorbell, which gets installed (and removed) in the Google Home app, not the Google Nest app.
Have you done a "factory reset" (and not a "restart")?
