Can't get new doorbell to join via HOME.

Timeout error during : Connecting Getting your home's network ready
I have the Google Onhub and this is my 2nd Google device.

My thermostat connected without issues about 2 years ago.

Very frustrating ui!!!!

I have 1 home.

Thermostats connected ok.

nest doorbell is visible but won't connect.

I am using a onhub.

Do I need to add a room??

Hi there, @degtosa

 

I am sorry to hear that you are still having this issue! How far away is your wifi from your Doorbell? Have you tried to Restart your Nest Hello Doorbell? If you have tried that, have you tried to Factory Reset the Doorbell? You can find out how to Factory Reset your device here. Once that is done, I am hoping with it being closer to your wifi access point which is suggested, it will connect just fine for you.
