Can’t reconnect nest cams after move

I had indoor cameras and a doorbell setup and functioning in my home. I recently moved and I cannot get them setup. I have tried everything: factory reset, removing the devices from the app and trying to add them, unplugging the internet and reconnecting, deleting and reinstalling the app. During setup it will say connecting to device and then I get a “something went wrong” message every time. Any suggestions welcome. Thank you.

To gather all the necessary information and provide you with the best assistance, please answer the following questions:

  • What model of Nest camera and Nest doorbell do you have? Check out this link to see Technical specs for Nest cameras and doorbells.
  • Which app are you using to connect your devices?
  • What is the color of the LED status light?
  • How far are the devices from the router?
  • Is the Bluetooth enabled on the device you are using to connect the devices to the app?
  • Have you tried using another mobile phone to perform the setup?
