Can’t see new camera on computer

I see several complaints regarding this. Added new camera. Had to do on cell and download google home app. Can see all my cameras on cell but not new one in nest on my computer. Have they fixed this? If not new cameras going back! Not bouncing between cell and computer to view all my cameras. I do not live on my cell!!

Hi Maopei15,

Currently you need to use the Google Home app to view the Nest Gen 2 cameras but Google have said that a web-view will be introduced sometime this year.

Did you really read my post? I had the home app on my cell as it was the only way to set up the new camera!
Google should have known this would be an issue! Think again if you think I'm waiting for them to MAYBE address it properly. I see complaints about this way back in Sept. '21!! and  nothing has been done since then?!
I am NOT using 2 different devices, cell and computer to see all my cameras!
I prefer my computer because I do not like trying to look at stuff on a tiny cell screen!
STUPID google..Cameras are going back and I will be looking into other systems!
You are no longer the only game in town. 
Nest was best when it was just the original nest. google has made it worse with every so called update.

Yes I read your question and answered with the current available information!

This is a community forum as per the title on the front page and I am just another user trying to support other users so telling me that you are considering other brands is pointless.

As you stated that you had already seen various complaints about this then I answered your only question (Have they fixed this?) With the current answer (You need to use the Google Home app to view the Nest Gen 2 cameras) and also offered information about the fact that Google had announced plans to address this before the end of the year!
