I installed my nest doorbell a week ago and it has been working OK until today.
I recieved a notification to say it is offline and I cannot access the camera from the app.
When I went to check the camera it detected my presence and sent a notification including camera feed.
Pressing the doorbell also sends a notification and camera feed.
The wifi shows the doorbell as connected and shows data going to and from the doorbell.
So it is obviously not offline.
Resetting has made no difference.

I'm having the same problem. It seems to be a common issue with the Nest Doorbell (battery) that Google won't acknowledge.
