Can't view all clips, even when shown in preview

When I look at my history of event clips, many of the clip previews are visible but either won't show when I select them ("This video isn't available yet. Check back later."), or won't show the whole clip (preview shows recording is 1 minute, 46 seconds, but when video is selected, only plays about 3 seconds).

I have no fix but can sympathize. My events haven't been able to be viewed for over 5 weeks now and google support blame everything but themselves their products and software its pathetic.

Mine is doing the exact same as you explained. These cameras and the home app are rubbish

Hi, Lance.

I am using Google Home. This is happening on both iPhone and Windows desktop. My cameras are wireless, but I have one of them plugged in also.

Hello JoyousOne,

 

Thanks for getting back to me. Turn the affected camera off in the Google Home app, wait about 30 seconds, and then turn the camera back on again. Afterwards, try to see if you can now view the clips.
