Can't view live or recorded video

Can't get live or recorded video it worked until I purchased cloud service, now I can't view. I get notifications but can't view. Live camera is unavailable.

I have reset it and rebooted the Wi-Fi. The battery is charged.

There was a thread on this and no one responded except to say they were sorry they didn't get to this issue earlier and then that they were glad it was fixed and the thread locked. It was from a year ago. I can't find anything on how to fix this. I've done all the things you suggest.

A few questions: what is the status light on the doorbell? Are you using the Google Home app or Nest app to view the video? Have you tried to login to to check the video? Also, does it happen on both Wi-Fi and mobile data?


You can follow the troubleshooting steps here if the video doesn't play, pauses, or skips.
