Can the cable physically connected to the back of a Nest outdoor camera be replaced? It is frayed.

Can the cable physically connected to the back of a Nest outdoor camera be replaced? It is frayed and the camera no longer works.  I connected the power cable part to another camera and it works fine.  It's the cable physically attached that, I believe, needs replaced.  Model is HF83PP serial number #########.
