I cannot sign in to my old Nest account because I no longer have access to my old email and Nest is sending me a code to verify my identity. I tried setting up a new account and it says I have to get the old owner to remove it first. I AM the old (original) owner and I cannot log in to original account...see above. Is there a way to start over without the code from the email?

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.
You can't set up a new account, you need to have the code from your old email for you to retreive your Nest account. Learn more here.
