Successfully added new 2nd gen wired indoor camera to existing home. Camera stopped working because of faulty WAP. Repaired WAP so old generation cameras are working again but cannot add back new generation to google home. It's got green light but won't connect. Tried adding new home and all the other troble shooting tips but no luck. When setting up I am not able to select wifi set up so cannot do set up from scratch.

Thanks for bringing up the concern you're having. I'd love to look into this for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This might be helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
