Whenever I try to download a video recording from my nest doorbell over cellular/mobile data, it gets stuck on "waiting for network connection". It seems to work ok over wifi though.
Does anyone know if this is normal behaviour? Is there a setting that I'm missing to allow it to download over mobile data? I am able to stream the video fine, just can't download it.

No subscription here and yes it's working over cellular after the latest update.

It looks like with the most recent update, this concern may have been resolved. If you have yet to see a change, updates to your apps are going out in waves. Just keep checking and making sure that your device is update to date. Restart your devices if needs be. I can download videos now from the Home app over cellular network. Thanks for fixing it.
