Cannot see my cameras on the app

Hi, I have 3 Google Nest cameras already set up and in adding a new camera of the same model I have lost vision of my previous 3 cameras. Now I can only see the new camera/ What have I done wrong? I am away and have no access to my 3 cameras in my home.

Did you somehow inadvertently set up your new camera in a separate Google Nest "home/structure"?

I know how difficult it is when you don't have access to your three Nest cameras while you're away. I'm here to help! To gather more details, I'd like to ask the following questions:

  1. What type of Nest cameras do you have? Check out this link for your reference: Technical specs for Nest cameras and doorbells
  2. How many home structures do you have? You can check it by following the steps below: 
  • Open the Google Home app.
  • Tap Favorites and then the name of the home.
