Hi,
I`ve had a 1.gen inndor nest cam up for a few years now.
then i moved and messed up the settings in Google home app.
Deleted the camera by mistake and now i cant add it back.
On the Android phone i get to the point where i can connect to the wifi.
then it fails, "wait 15 seounds and try again".
I can se it got ipv4 adress on my google wifi (1gen).
But it dont stay connected.
When i go subscriptions -> Nest aware in Google home ap i get "could not connect".
The subscription is payed until October i can see on Google play.
Can anyone help here?

I had 3 locations on google, I now removed 2 of them.
In the nest app it now dont have a home, when i add "home" from google i just asks for the adress and starts over again and again. Cant register it in the nest app. So now my smoke detector is also gone 😞

It seems that several things have happened in your situation.
You might want to try to contact Support to walk through what's happened and how to remedy it:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

Had to make a new home and add the cameras and Nest smoke there.
Everything ok now but the nest aware subscription dont follow ofc 😞
Is there any way i can get that moved? Have payed until October

This thread has a post from Google Nest Community Specialist @EdmondB , edited Sept. 18, 2023, with steps on how to transfer a Nest Aware subscription. Supposedly, it only works if the previous Google Nest "home/structure" that has the Nest Aware subscription has not been deleted.

Hi there,
Before transferring your Nest Aware subscription to a new home, you must first delete the original home structure where Nest Aware was active. Here are the steps you need to follow:
1. Open the Google Home App.
2. Select the Home structure where you want to transfer the Nest Aware.
3. Tap on Settings.
4. Select Subscriptions.
5. Tap Nest Aware.
6. Select Apply.
