Change doorbell sound

Please help, i dont seem to have the option to change thesund of the doorbell ringtone, it was on there but i cant find it anywhere, please can someone help driving me bad

The only option Google Nest provides for changing the ringtone for the Google Nest Hello Doorbell is the option to select a holiday ringtone using the "Doorbell theme" option under "Device Options" in Settings, but Google removes this option from the Google Nest app and sets the ringtone back to "Ding Dong" when--in Google's estimation--the holiday is over.  Judging from another post, they apparently removed it recently now that Google regards the Christmas season as over (even though winter, which was a selectable theme, is definitely NOT over).

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged. I'm afraid that there is no such option to change the chime sound. It has a default tone that can't be changed at the moment. Not unless it's around a holiday where a holiday theme may be available.
