Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am afraid there is no option to change the Chime tone on our Nest Hello Doorbells, including the new Battery version. Terribly sorry for the inconvenience! I understand that this is a requested feature, so all the feedback helps. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
