I changed my wifi and read that i needed to delete doorbell from devices and then add on. However, I need the 6-digit code on back of the nest. What should I do?

Yes, Google Nest does not make it easy to update Wi-Fi settings on its cameras and doorbells. That's why their first recommendation when getting a new router/modem is to set the network name (SSID) and password to the same values used on your old router/modem:

If you can't do that, then you'll need to remove your 2nd gen Google Nest Doorbell from the Google Home app--preferably when you are still on your old Wi-Fi network and the doorbell is online.
If you can't do that, then you'll need to do a manual factory reset (use the factory reset instructions--not the restart instructions--here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162),.
Then you'll need to reinstall the doorbell in the Google Home app, either by scanning the QR code printed on the back of the doorbell (it's also printed on your Quick Start Guide) or by selecting "Continue without scanning" and entering the 6-character alphanumeric Setup Code also printed on the back of your doorbell.
