Changing Nest ownership

Good morning Hive,

I am needing to change ownership of a series of nest cameras set up in my business. The individual(former General Manager) who set them up years ago has left our company and is not responding to any emails regarding the transfer.  We have 11 cameras on the sytem and I am wanting to be able to have the ability to record what is happening within my restaurant.  I did not know we had a problem until I tried to subscribe and  wqs told that only the "owner" can do this. Thanks for any help here.

I definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged. I am afraid that only the owner of the cameras can add you as the owner/provide access. Terribly sorry for the inconvenience!
