Changing wifi without factory reset

CascadeConsciou

Is there anyway to update the wifi connection without factory resetting? I've been trying to find the best connection to use, as I have 5ghz, 2.5ghz, a bunch of channels within them I don't understand, 3 different wifi networks off my router and another one off an extender.

I've already factory reset and changed the wifi twice, but now I'm losing signal all night every night (broadband tests indicate my speed is high, but router does not show doorbell as connected)

I've already had to wipe my video history twice and I'm using the entirety of my video for a specific purpose, so I can't keep factory resetting. I don't see any reason why I can't unplug it from the wall or turn video off and change the Wi-Fi without factory resetting. There's no technical reason that can't be done, so what am I missing?

Tried having Google support CALL ME, they called instantly and put me on hold for 45 minutes, why give the option of call me vs I'll call if I'm still gonna get stuck on hold. I'm about done with ever using a Google product again
