Charged twice and overcharged

I can’t find the “right” place to call or post to ask this question.  
     I had a pre-Google Nest account. I migrated to Google.  Nowhere does it show my payments or subscription (shows none in those sections of my account info in Google and Nest app)

      However I was charged twice and overcharged for this year. First on 9/24/23 for $200 then again 10/1/23 for $60.  1) Why are there two charges 2) I was overcharged, should have most basic subscription.  
      How do I get this resolved? Thank you!
