Hi Everyone! I just installed the doorbell and it's working fine with the existing chime. I just needed some help on installing the chime. I am not sure where to connect it as the app wasn't able to help. I've added a picture for reference.
Thank you!

Hi Jbarzaga,
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, do you have the 1st or 2nd gen wired Nest Doorbell? We need to know the information so that we can give you the steps. Looking forward to your response.
I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.
Regards,
Emerson

Hello Jbarzaga,
Thanks for getting back to us. You need a transformer that is rated for 16-24 V AC, 10-40 VA to provide enough power to your Nest Doorbell. If you've already installed your Nest Doorbell and you see a blinking yellow light on the front, your Nest Doorbell isn't receiving enough power. Hit this link to check the steps on how to install your Nest Doorbell. Looking forward to your response.
Best,
Emerson

Hi Emerson! Sorry I wasn't able to get back to you right away. Thanks for your reply. I've installed it and the light is green, and it's been working great for over 2 weeks now even without the pluck connected.

Hello Jbarzaga,
We appreciate your update and for sharing the steps you've done to resolve the issue. The chime connector allows the chime’s wires to deliver constant power to your Nest Doorbell (wired) and protects your chime from damage. In addition, without the chime connector, you might experience chime buzzing or unexpected chimes. You may visit the link I've shared above for the steps on how to install your Nest chime with its chime connector. Let us know if you have more questions in mind.
Best,
Emerson
