Old Video Recording of Event

I have the wired door bell from April but the nest aware subscription started from 5th of May. I thought I could see the videos 60 days back. I had an important event recorded on 4th of May and I am unable to view it.

Please, could anybody help me to retrieve the video?

The history starts from when your subscription starts. You can't see videos from before your subscription started I'm afraid.

Another possibility is  you had the trial subscription and it ran out before you actually activated  your PAID subscription.  If this was the case then the old video is gone and Google can not retrieve it.
