I purchased a new nest indoor 2 gen wired camera from Best Buy in Nov 23. It stop connecting to home WiFi and after factory reset not connecting at all. And was removed from my home app so it not showing on the warranty checker. What can I do?

Are you using the "factory reset" instructions, and NOT the "restart" instructions? Both are found here:

2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
