Complaints about the Home application and the cameras

For the numerous legitimate complaints about the Home application and the cameras, how about you submit those legitimate complaints to Google engineers via the commentary space provided in the Home application? 


We read here daily legitimate complaints about the Home application and Google seems to just ignore this feedback by it's customers. Perhaps that the accumulation of complaints will be heard by Google. 


Myself, I submit that the impossibility to create video extracts from segments that are not identified as events by the Google Home app as a paramount deficiency. Also, the video segments created should include a timeline of the events so that they can be used by law enforcement officers.

There appears to be a long standing problem with Wifi connectivity which Google must be aware of but do nothing to resolve. Many customers have reported issues.  The product is not fit for purpose in my view if you simply change to a new Router and Wifi and cannot reconnect!

I hope that I can get customers to flood Google with complaints to sort the issue.

I have contacted BBC watchdog in the UK and perhaps a Facebook campaign might make force Google to do something!!
