Condensation in nest doorbell

At the exact centre of the image there is what seems like condensation making the person's face blurred. Any ideas on how to get rid of it?

Hmmmm, I don't know of anyway to clear this.  But even if you could I think it would just come back.

I think the only thing to do is to ask Google for help.  If it is less than 1 year old they will probably replace it at no charge.    But either way give this a try..

Since this is just a user forum you will not hear back from any google employees here.  You have to fill out an official SUPPORT TICKET here and Google will get back to you ...

once you get this resolved either way please return here an let us know how it went.

Good luck

Thanks for the info 👍  got onto Google support and chatted to nest agent for nearly 1 hour, go through all trouble shooting as I had already done but he has to tick his boxes, anyway end result I was 7 weeks out of warranty so he passed me to his supervisor and he was very good and agreed to replace item for free once I return the broken one...temporary charge of 199e put on my card until they receive it...so all good 👍

Wow,,, that is great news.  I'm glad that they did the right thing here.  And the temp charge is their standard operating procedure.    Just make sure you have a tracking number for the one you return incase they think they didn't get it back.

If you are not going to use the old one then be sure to REMOVE it from your GOOGLE Home app so as to avoid confusion with the new one.
