OH,,, I get it.  That would be a great feature.  I don't think anything like that exists. 

I don't believe anything actually 'connects' to the individual cameras.  The cameras only connect to the Google servers and then when a device (like a phone) wants to see a camera it gets connected via the google servers.    This is definitely a question above my pay grade, LOL.
