I just upgraded my xfinity router and had to change the WiFi name. I can’t seem to connect to the new WiFi/new router. I tried a factory reset and reinstall, but still end up with the message “something went wrong.”
I have tried to change WiFi settings without any luck. What can I do?

You'll have to keep your old password and wifi name exactly or else it won't work and you'll have to reset each Camara unfortunately. I went through this and found out

I changed our wi-fi but kept the same ID and password. I am still unable to get my cameras to connect to the Google Home app. I have factory reset the cameras and still no luck. Is there a Google email address for help?

I was able to reconnect my cameras by doing the following:
- Factory reset of each camera
- Turn off the 5G and 6G signals from my router. There seems to be some confusion when those signals are present
- Add the camera back through the Google Home App using the "add new device" option
As an opinion, the Nest Cameras are wonderful devices that provide very good video and excellent service, but the process of adding them to a WiFi system is very convoluted. I had to reconnect every single device in my house and the Nest Cameras were the hardest and most time consuming connection by far! Improving this process would be most appreciated.
