Connecting device

I have tried several times to connect this to my home Wi-Fi in order to install

Thanks for posting here in the community. I'd love to know more about this, and I have a few questions: What Google Nest device are you trying to connect or install? Which app are you using to connect it? If this is a Nest camera, what are the LED lights on it?

Nest camera…not near camera or that house (in FL) im in FL on 7/17. Can I do it from out of state?

Hey Josjewelry8,

Thanks for getting back to us. You need to be in Florida when you set up your Nest Cameras because the devices should be on the same Wi-Fi network. Don't worry, I'll keep this thread open for a few more days while waiting for your update. Don't hesitate to post here if you have more questions in mind.

I still need help? I am in Illinois but the cameras are in FL. Need both cameras set up on 1 acct (currently paying $6) but wasn’t sure if I have to be “in FL” or. An do it from Illinois? I will be there 7/17/23 if I need to be in that Wi-Fi
