Constant Buffering

I have 7 nest cameras in 3 different houses or business.  The video and history work fine on my android phone, but I can't see history or live feed on my windows laptop, i tried several different browsers and all the same issue.

Any thoughts?

The "preview"/beta website home.google.com provides a livestream of all cameras, old and new.

The home.nest.com website provides a livestream and history of all cameras installed in the Google Nest app.
