So I bought a 10M cable when I initially purchased my Nest Camera, but it was way too long. I returned the 10M cable and ordered a 5M cable on Black Friday. UPS says they gave my package to USPS, and USPS says they can't help me. UPS says to contact vendor, i.e. Google, and it's impossible to get in touch with anyone. When I try to look at the order, all it says is it's out for delivery with a last update of 12/3. So frustrating. I tried to contact Google through Twitter with no response. Why is it this hard?? HELP!!!
