Cookies are not enable iOS

The best app is not allowing many of us to sign in and only offers an endless loop, saying cookies are not enabled. All cookies are enables on my two iPhone browsers, chrome (which is my default) as well as Safari. The only support ticket I see in the community board for this had a painfully inadequate response that solved nothing and claimed that this was “not a known issue”. I call BS… This is a very known issue and comes up in forum after forum online; very easily searchable.  Please fix this instead of blowing off your customers! At this point there are many people who have purchased your questionable products who now cannot access them via YOUR app  because of this bug, which you seem uninteresting in addressing. Competition is out there and this kind of thing does not make one believe in your products.

I am having the same issue. Cookies are enabled in my browsers but I am stuck in an endless login loop telling me otherwise.

Well to solve this problem I logged into Nest in both Chrome and safari and the shared cookies allowed me to log into the mobile app again. 

I just tried this but it didn’t fix the issue in iOS. Thank you though. I can’t believe they don’t know about this; I think they don’t have a fix and trying to avoid the problem.
