Creating and saving video clips with Nest app, older Nest cameras

The Google/Nest acquisition nightmare continues...
I have not been able to use the older Nest app on my older Nest cameras for many months; not the Google Home version.  When I pick on the Nest app (home.nest.com) with my Windows OS10 laptop...
I get the Nest Home page display, I pick 'Sign in with Google, I choose which Google acct, it then jumps back to the Nest Home page, and the vicious cycles continues, I get the Nest Home page display, I pick 'Sign in with Google, I choose which Google acct, it then jumps back to the Nest Home page, etc.
As I indicated in an earlier message here, I have both old Nest and new Google cameras.
I am trying to create and save clips for the old Nestr cameras and it used to be easy but nevermore!
How do I create and save clips on my laptop of the older Nest cameras when I cannot even get to the Nest app???  This used to be so easy!!!

The customer on this thread encountered the same issue you're seeing because they inadvertently had third-party cookies disabled in their browser, and was able to fix the problem by allowing them for home.nest.com and accounts.google.com:

The customer in this thread encountered the same issue you're seeing when they were trying to log into the home.nest.com website from their phone:

https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Apps-Account/Logging-into-home-nest-com-web-app/m-p/626581

But on another thread, the customer discovered the problem with accessing via an iOS device (their iPad), the problem was temporary and went away, and in any case you're using your iPad:

I found a few other posts where replies suggested it was a problem with particular browsers or browser settings, but there didn't seem to be a clear answer.

It's me again...
Just to clarify, at this point I am trying to use the Nest app on the Nest cameras, I just mention that I also have the Google Home app and cameras fyi.  Once I get what I need with the Nest app/cameras I will move onto the Google app/cameras...

Bronze,

Thanks again, third-party cookies now enabled and that solved this problem...

I am trying to 'Download/Save clips/events on Nest/Google cameras'; I have both type apps and cameras.  But I need multiple hours/days of these clips/events and doing it with the standard 1 clip/event at a time will take forever.  How do I get direct access to this data on the Nest/Google cloud servers for 1-5 days worth of data?

It's me again...
