Customer Support number for Google NestCam Gen1?

Hello, 

I have a NestCam Gen 1 that is connected to wifi, but does not stream.  It just spins and spins.  I tried from both my PC and iPhone. I have tried restarting the device but still no stream. My other Nest devices are connected just fine but what is weird is that if I move around the cord, the video comes in/out, so it would appear that the issue is with the cord ... so I would like to speak to a tech about this issue but I can't seem to find a working number,  I need some help here please!

Google Nest does not publish a support phone number. To reach them by phone, we have to start with the link below; on the "Resources" page, do not select the help topics but rather click "Next step" to get to the Contact page with phone and chat options:
