I don’t think I have delete some data August 15 and 18. I need to recover the whole data.

I'm not sure what you're trying to do, but all video history is deleted once it gets beyond your subscription period.
"All video history is deleted on a rolling basis. This means that, depending on the Nest Aware subscription you have, older saved video is deleted from the cloud after a certain number of days."
