I have recently moved; I'm trying to add the Nest Wired camera to my Home account, but it says that another account has access to it.
The camera was working before moving; how do I know whose account has access?

Is the camera brand new or just new to this house 🏡

New to this house

I"m guessing you had it connected to the old house. have you tried to reset the camera?

These are Google Nest Help's instructions for a camera connected to another account: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9249728?hl=en
And this is their "Moving guide for Nest devices": https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/11151047?hl=en

Now, I can't find the device anywhere in my Home application... I have tried factory reset button under the camera, no luck yet.
If I add the device, it says that its registered on another account.
I have deleted my old home, and my new one, and created a new one; when I try to add the device to the newly created one, still same error

Hey folks,
I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you, let me help you out. Try to do the steps below and let us know how it goes.
1. Unplug the camera(s).
2. Wait at least 48 hours.
3. Before beginning the pairing process, change the Wi-Fi network SSID.
Important: These steps will disconnect any devices that are currently connected to the Wi-Fi network.
4. Plug the cameras back into a power outlet and connect them to the account using the new Wi-Fi network SSID.
5. Once they're paired, change the Wi-Fi network SSID back to the original SSID.
6. Use the Nest app to update the camera's Wi-Fi settings to reflect the original SSID.
