Dlink cameras and Cablevision altive wifi

How can I add my Dlink  camera to my home app

1. Setup your camera first using the manufacturer's app.
2. Once setup, open the Google Home app.
3. Tap the + icon at the top left.
4. Tap Setup up device.
5. Tap Works with Google.
6. Search for and tap "mydlink".
7. Follow the steps on screen and login with your D-Link account.
