Do not receive alert from Nest doorbell battery. Tried everything I can find

The push notification is on, the system setting is right, re-installed my Home app, restarted my phone, re-installed my doorbell. Nothing works. I can get live video but no alert or notification when a motion is detected or someone rings the doorbell.

Yes, My phone which is pixel 6 plus still can't receive notification. I turned on everything I can find in settings, both app and my phone. reinstalled home app/ restart phone not working. I can receive notification on my ipad.

Do you have any smart displays or speakers like a Hub that you use for notifications?

No, I only have my phone and Ipad, Ipad can receive alerts just fine but I'm not always home.

I would suggest Factory Resetting your device, and then uninstalling it, and then installing it again. Restart your other devices as well so hopefully that will re-establish the connections needed for you to receive alerts.
