Can’t seem to watch one out of 3 cameras spinning circle

Hello Dawnsgetaway.  I'm and end user like you.   Are you using the NEST app? or the Google Home app?

If you are using the next App check to see what version you are on. You do this by going into the App and going to the top level where you see all your devices.  hit the GEAR icon and then ACCOUNT.  It should show you on the newest version which is 5.68.1.  If you your number is anything lower then try getting the  update and see if the problem goes away.
