Don't notify setting, not working - keep getting notifications

Matched title to another thread, also having issues with the notifications always ringing even when the notification setting is off.  I'd like to still record the event but it notifies regardless of the individual notification toggle(blue in pic).  Currently I have to have the master notification toggle(red in pic) off for the camera.

I've re-enabled notifications and adjusted some of the zones and I think it's working better now.  I thought I saw some extraneous notifications but I didn't screen shot any so can't say for sure.  I'll keep an eye out and post back if I remember too.

Let's see what's going on with your Nest camera. A few questions: when did it start happening? Are there other family members who can access the camera? Do they receive any notifications? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps to fix this? Keep us posted.

I think it's always been happening, at least 6 months, I just went through last week and tried remaking the zones and no change.  It happens on the Nest Cam (battery) on floodlight and the Nest Doorbell (battery).  It appears to be functioning on my wife's phone correctly
