Door bell fell off mount under normal use. (Someone used the door bell) It then fell to the ground and busted the lense. Image quality is now degraded to the point I can't recognize faces.
You could try contacting Support to see if they'll replace your doorbell. There seem to be quite a few posts from customers having problems with the mounting mechanism on the battery doorbell.
