Hopefully someone can advise me.
I've had my Doorbell (battery) for a while now and it's still within Warranty.
I'm currently unable to view anything live as it says "Live View Unavailable. The camera maybe unreachable or saving battery."
I know that it's fully charged and my router is on the other side of the wall, plus there is a access point close by. Both of which are functioning as intended.
I've also noticed that the latch/pin at the top doesn't protrude out as much, does this affect the Doorbell from thinking it's online and turned on?
If so then I suspect that this is the issue and it's not a WiFi Connectivity problem.
Thanks

Hey there!
It could be your doorbell is not properly mounted, as what you've mentioned that the latch doesn't protrude out as much. Yes, it affects the doorbell's live feed.
I hope this helps!

Hi HudUK,,
Thank you for posting here in the community. I´m sorry that your battery doorbell keeps losing connections and you are unable to view the live feed. Also, the pin or latch isn´t working. This could be frustrating, especially if you need to check the video recorded. help´s here.
Please review the following article about doorbell Wi-Fi connection issues. There are a few recommendations and links to troubleshoot the WiFi connectivity issues.

Hey Byron,
This wouldn't be a WiFi/Network problem and more the poor design of the Doorbell I think.
The Router is diagonally 8/9ft away from the Doorbell.
Bandwidth of my internet is 330mb fibre and I'm getting speeds of around 300mb.
Internal Network is maintained by myself.
I suspect that this problem is either the mount plate or latch pin that's causing it to not think it's connected, even though you see the green light comes on as it detects you there.
Just shows as offline or unmounted depending on if you check how it's seated.
Thanks
Ed

Hey Byron.
Sorry for my late response, I've been away.
I'm going to go down the warranty route I think, due to the doorbell constantly going offline. And just get it replaced.
Thanks,
Ed

Thanks for replying.
The Doorbell mounts, I hear the "click" and the indicator light and light around the button comes on.
But I'm still not able to reach the Doorbell.
I might also add that the router and all access points have been rebooted and on the latest firmwares for the past year.
